Steve is the Winner of multiple data marketing awards, including the Grand Prix at the Marketing Week Data Strategy awards, which he won during his tenure at the TUI UK&I head office in Luton. Steve is uniquely skilled at setting up data marketing strategies, personalisation strategies and CRM programs to grow revenue and user engagement.
During his time with TUI UK&I he was responsible for growing the yearly allocated CRM revenue from £100m to over £600m. Steve was responsible for cutting edge behavioural targeting programs that were rolled out across Europe and the UK.
Steve recently joined The Student Room Group to define and lead a new data and personalisation strategy drawing on his experience across CRM and personalisation in the last 10 years.
