Mark is a Senior Consultant at Creative CX, an experimentation consultancy based in London. He helps customers understand how experimentation can help them create amazing customer experiences to deliver conversion uplift. Mark has worked in digital marketing and technology for 20 years, for agencies such as Reading Room and Jellyfish. He’s very often found reading books about mountaineering and climbed mount Kilimanjaro in Africa for charity in 2012 raising £9,000 for the Children’s Trust.
