Mel Henson is Head of Creative at AWA digital, and learned the craft of copywriting at Ogilvy & Mather Direct. Over the last five years she has worked closely with AWA’s team of optimizers on split tests for clients including Cox & Cox, Canon and Interflora.
As well writing sales copy for over 20 years, getting results that one client described as ‘stratospheric’, she has also trained copywriters all over the world, from Cape Town SA to Christchurch NZ.
Copy is Mel’s lifeblood, and she is also the author of ‘Flicks and Clicks’ the only book about copy that shows you how to optimize catalogues as well as websites.
